​Where are you located?
​I work from Suite 55, Silverton Place, 101 Wickham Tce., Spring Hill, Brisbane.
​Are you covered by Medicare?
​Yes, with a medical referral, you will qualify for a rebate of $141.00 for up to 10 sessions. However, therapy may extend beyond 10 sessions.
​What is your fee?
My current fees are $200 an hour for clinical consultations (psychotherapy) and $190 for clinical supervision.
Can I use telehealth to access psychotherapy services? 
I generally encourage face to face sessions for psychotherapy.
​Can I use telehealth to access supervision services?
​Yes, I undertake telehealth services for clinical supervision.
​What do I do if I experience a crisis.
I do not offer emergency support or crisis counselling. However, I will assist you in accessing alternative services outside normal business hours.  You may contact Metro North Acute Care Mental Health Service - 1300 MH CALL (1300 64 22 55)

This is a confidential mental health telephone triage service that provides the first point of contact to public mental health services. This service is staffed by trained and experienced mental health clinicians who can provide support, information, advice, and referral.

​Do you prescribe medication?
No, I do not prescribe medication. If, after working together, we decide that medication might be appropriate, I would suggest that you visit your health practitioner, and we collaborate so that you gain the most appropriate treatment.
What if I need to cancel? 
If you’re unable to make it to a session, you must cancel at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel with less than 24-hours notice, you will be responsible for the full cost of the session. I understand life/emergencies happen and am as flexible as possible to accommodate for this.
​How do I know if it’s a good fit?
​Finding a therapist you really feel you can work with, is the foundation of any good therapy. It typically takes about 3 sessions to determine if it’s a good match. If for some reason, you wish to change therapists, I would assist you in this process.
